With this form, you can enrol as a farmer enrol the plots of land that the Hollands Noorderkwartier Water Board is offering for lease.

If you are interested in gardening as a hobby, you can only enrol the following plots:

1. Veenhuizerkade dike plot near house number 3a in Heerhugowaard, size approximately 0.36.00 ha
2. Zomerdijk plot of pasture land roadside verge near house number 20 in Spanbroek Opmeer, size approximately 0.21.00 ha
3. Westfriesedijk near house number 101 to Wengeweg and near the Rekerlanden in Warmenhuizen, size approximately 1.06.00 ha
4. Lease of dyke plot near Noorderweg at house numbers 19 to 23 Oudesluis, approximately 00.51.00 hectares

Good to know

By enrolment a farmer, you declare that you meet the criteria set:

• The tenant runs an agricultural business. The tenant must demonstrate this by enrolment the Chamber of Commerce under the SBI code for agriculture. The Chamber of Commerce number provided will be checked. In case of doubt, the enrolment will be enrolment the selection.
• The leased land is located within a radius of 10 kilometre the tenant's business.
• The leased property must be operated by the lessee himself.
• The tenant must be able to comply with the lease conditions as set out in the lease agreement.
• The tenant must comply with the other conditions set out in the Real Estate Policy and its Implementation Rules with regard to this subject.

If you do not meet the above criteria, you are not eligible for the plot you wish to enrol in.
