Image and sound recordings

Video and audio recordings are made of the meetings of the general board and the advisory committees. They are broadcast live at . This makes the meetings more accessible and public. The video and audio recordings are also used as minutes. The recordings can be consulted afterwards on our website and are therefore public. We are legally obliged to keep the minutes of public meetings, which is why the recordings are stored in ourarchive.

When you attend a meeting, you may be visible on camera. If you do not wish this, you can ask us for a place out of sight of the cameras. You can also request us afterwards to remove images of you or to make them unrecognizable. You can do this by sending a written request to HHNK, Postbus , 1700 AG Heerhugowaard.
