Image and sound recordings

Visual and audio recordings are made of the meetings of the General Board and advisory committees. They are broadcast live. In this way the meetings are more accessible and public. The audio and video recordings are also used as minutes. The recordings made can be accessed afterwards on our website and are therefore public. We are required by law to keep minutes of public meetings and therefore the recordings are kept in our archive.

When you attend a meeting you may appear recognizable in the picture. If you do not want this to happen, you can ask us for a place out of view of the cameras. You can also ask us to remove or make unrecognizable images of you. You can do this by sending a written message with your request to HHNK, Postbus 250, 1700 AG Heerhugowaard.
