Objection, complaint, or claim

  • Appealing an administrative decision

    If you, as an interested party, disagree with a decision made by our board, you can lodge an objection within six weeks of the date of the decision.

  • Appealing against the tax assessment

    Do you believe HHNK made an error in calculating your water board tax assessment? Or is the assessment incorrect? If so, you can lodge an objection.

  • Submit opinion

    By submitting your opinion, you let us know what you think about a (draft) decision to be taken. 

  • Submit a claim for damages

    Have you suffered damage due to our negligence? If so, you can submit a claim for damages.

  • Compensation for disadvantages

    If you suffer damage as a result of our activities, you may be entitled to compensation.

  • Submit a complaint

    Do you have a complaint about our services? For example, about how an employee treated you? Please submit your complaint.
