Water Innovation Fund
HHNK has established a Water Innovation Fund (WIF) to assist companies with the final steps to bring innovations to market. These are innovations that have passed the development phase and need additional funding to reach implementation. See the video below featuring our former dike chairman Luc Kohsiek.
Size
The WIF is a €2 million revolving fund housed by the external fund manager the National Green Fund. The WIF has a maximum participation of €200,000 per application. The financing must be repaid in the form of redemption and payment of an arm's length interest to the fund manager (bankruptcy excluded).
Pitches
Potential candidates for the fund can pitch twice a year. The next opportunity to pitch will take place on Oct. 29. Candidates use the pitch to promote their idea and back it up with a "market development" business plan. You can apply at WIF@hhnk.nl.
