Messages about your neighbourhood
Are you 25 years of age or older? Have you provided an email address on MijnOverheid? If so, you will receive an email from Overheid.nl with messages about your neighbourhood no more than once a week. These messages concern announcements, regulations, and decisions made by the national government, the municipality, the water board, etc. They may concern a licence cut down a tree or the expansion of a restaurant terrace. And therefore also about water level decisions or permits for activities on surface water. The government considers it important that you know what is going on in your neighbourhood, which is why it has set up this automatic email service.
Unsubscribe or change settings
Would you prefer not neighbourhood messages about your neighbourhood ? You can easily unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in the email.
Would you like to receive the email more often? Or change the distance around your home address? You can do this on MijnOverheid 'Wonen' (Living). You can also unsubscribe and resubscribe there.
