Requesting payment arrangements

If you do not want to or cannot pay the water taxes in 10 months but in more or less months or if you want to transfer the installment amount yourself, you can request a personal payment arrangement. 

You will receive a message from us within 10 days. If we agree to your proposal, that message will include the installment amount and the number of installments in which you will pay. If we do not agree, we will also contact you.

Always include in your application:

• Your name, address and place of residence;
• The claim number(s) of the assessment(s) for which you wish to request a payment arrangement;
• Your subject number (which is on the assessment);
• Your desired number of installments or installment amount.
