If you discharge wastewater from a site into the sewer system or surface water, you will receive a sewage treatment levy or pollution levy for commercial premises.
How it works
In such cases, you are required to measure the waste water or you have had the waste water measured, sampled, and analyzed at your own request. You must provide this information, among other things, in the annual tax return in order to determine the pollution value.
