Mr. A.L.J. (Ton) Hugens
Ton Hugens is our secretary-director. He serves as the board’s chief advisor and acts as the link between the board and the administrative staff. He leads the administrative organization, ensures policy consistency, and is responsible for the proper preparation and implementation of board decisions.
