Leasehold

The legal predecessors of Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier issued numerous ground lease rights in the past.

Those rights may be subject to the ground lease terms of those various legal predecessors.

If such a leasehold right ends or if the leaseholder requests it then, as a rule, a new leasehold right is issued to which the most recent leasehold conditions of the Water Board apply: the General Leasehold Conditions 2005.

These can be found in the 2005 Ground Lease Sub-note. This was revised in 2017.
