Leasehold

The legal predecessors of the Hollands Noorderkwartier Water Authority have issued numerous leasehold rights in the past.

The leasehold conditions of those various legal predecessors may apply to those rights.

If such a leasehold right expires or if the leaseholder requests it, a new leasehold right will generally be issued to which the most recent leasehold conditions of the water board apply: the General Leasehold Conditions 2005.

These can be found in the 2005 Leasehold Memorandum. This was revised in 2017.
