Municipality of Alkmaar: Redevelopment of Breedstraat- Vlaanderhof- Schoutenstraat.

The municipality of Alkmaar was also awarded a subsidy during the latest opening of the KAN scheme. It concerns a project on Breedstraat, Vlaanderhof and Schoutenstraat where the street will be provided with green areas and trees. A water storage layer will be installed where possible and drainage where necessary. The project will start in the second quarter of 2026 and will be completed by the end of 2026. The total cost of this project is €411,000, of which the contribution from the KAN scheme is €100,000.
