Municipality of Hoorn: de-stoning Hoorn

Over the next few years, the municipality of Hoorn will work on de-stoning. A de-stoning map has been made and, based on a prioritization, a list of unnecessarily petrified areas has emerged. These spots will be greened over the next few years by replacing tiles with greenery. By mid-August 2024, Hoorn will have started de-stoning. This project will be completed by the end of 2026. The total cost of this is € 202,730.91 Of this, € 60,819.27 will be subsidized from the KAN scheme.
