Help! The water is rising
During a tour of the outdoor museum of the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen , students are confronted with a difficult situation. They are given an assignment that requires them to assess risks, make choices and make decisions. Wait and see? Reinforce the dike and place sandbags? Evacuate residents? This module for classes 2 and 3 of secondary education is part of the Droge Voeten (Dry Feet) education program in North Holland, in which children learn about water through discovery and action.
