We are constantly looking for smart, effective, and sustainable ways to keep our management area liveable for all users. We do this by continuously innovating. To this end, we collaborate with knowledge institutes, the business community, governments, and stakeholders.

We are keen to draw on the knowledge of market players to do our work better, more efficiently, and more cost-effectively, because we firmly believe that this will help us move forward. We are open to unsolicited innovative proposals and have had good experiences with this approach. Do you think you have knowledge that could benefit us? You can submit your proposal in the form of a Personal Initiative to our innovation desk. We process all submitted proposals according to a clear and transparent procedure. The manual below explains how the assessment process works and what rules we apply.
