This is an old message.
The water board owns various plots of land that are leased or rented out. If a plot becomes available and is suitable for re-leasing or re-renting, it will be awarded. Interested parties can enrol a plot.
Below you will find the plots that are available for enrolment. You can read the conditions for the issuance of the relevant plot by clicking on the relevant plot.
The plots are:
- Prins Hendrik Zanddijk/Amaliaweg up to the Redoute Texel, size approximately 5.44.88 ha
- Veenhuizerkade dike plot near house number 3a in Heerhugowaard, size approximately 0.36.00 ha
- Westerzeedijk and Koggenrandweg in Middenmeer at dike post 41+165m to dp. 55 for hay harvesting only, size approx. 2.84.00 ha
- Purmerdijk East near Purmerdijk E 3 Purmer. (Access to the plots is via plot EDM00E679 to the north.), size approx. 3.34.00 ha
- Wieringen near Gemeenelandsweg 110 to Noorderoeverdijk 7 in Den Oever, exclusively for hay production, size approximately 7.60.00 ha
- Zomerdijk plot of pasture land roadside verge near house number 20 in Spanbroek Opmeer, size approximately 0.21.00 ha
- Westfriesedijk near house number 101 to Wengeweg and near the Rekerlanden in Warmenhuizen, size approximately 1.06.00 ha
- Noordmeer dike west side (northern part) in Waterland, size approximately 1.53.20 ha
- Noordmeer dike west side (southern part) in Broek in Waterland, size approximately 2.58.80 ha
- Lease of dyke plot near Noorderweg at house numbers 19 to 23 Oudesluis, approximately 00.51.00 ha
