Registration of new plots to be issued

The State Water Board owns several land plots that are rented/leased. If a plot becomes vacant and the plot is suitable for re-letting/leasing then this plot will be awarded. Interested parties can apply for a plot. 

Below you will find the plots offered for tender. You can read the Requirements the issuance of the respective plot by clicking on the respective plot.

The plots are:

• Noordschermerdijk parcel Oterlekerweg 1A to Notweg Oterleek.
• Wieringer Zeewering near Noordstroeërweg 5-041 Hippolytushoef for hay extraction only
• Noordwesterdijk Wieringerwaard
• Dike plots on the Schermerdijk from house number 1 to Rustenburgweg in Ursem
• Dijkpark 34 dike plot on Oostdijk between house no. 5 to Oosthuizerweg in Beemster
