Registration of new plots to be issued
This is an old post.
The State Water Board owns several land plots that are rented/leased. If a plot becomes vacant and the plot is suitable for re-letting/leasing then this plot will be awarded. Interested parties can apply for a plot.
Below you will find the plots offered for tender. You can read the Requirements the issuance of the respective plot by clicking on the respective plot.
The plots are:
- Prins Hendrik Zanddijk/Amaliaweg to Redoute Texel, size approximately 5.44.88 ha
- Veenhuizerkade dike plot near house number 3a in Heerhugowaard, size approximately 0.36.00 ha
- Westerzeedijk and Koggenrandweg at Middenmeer at dike post 41+165m to dp. 55 for hay extraction only, size approximately 2.84.00 ha.
- Purmerdijk East off Purmerdijk E 3 Purmer. (Access to the parcels is through the parcel EDM00E679 to the north.), size approximately 3.34.00 ha
- Wieringen near Gemeenelandsweg 110 to Noorderoeverdijk 7 at Den Oever for hay extraction only, size approximately 7.60.00 ha
- Zomerdijk plot of pasture road verge near house number 20 in Spanbroek Opmeer, size approximately 0.21.00 ha
- Westfriesedijk near house number 101 to Wengeweg and near the Rekerlanden in Warmenhuizen, size approximately 1.06.00 ha
- North Lake dike west side (northern part) at Waterland, size approximately 1.53.20 ha.
- North Lake dike west side (southern part) at Broek in Waterland, size approximately 2.58.80 hectares
- Lease dike plot near Noorderweg off house no. 19 to 23 Oudesluis approximately 00.51.00 ha
