To express your opinion on matters on the agenda of the General Board or one of the standing committees, you can make use of the right to speak. You can register for this via 072 582 8282 or bestuurssecretariaat@hhnk.nl, stating your name, telephone number and the subject/agenda item on which you wish to speak. You can also contact us with questions about the right to speak using the contact information above.
When you speak in, image and sound recordings are made of you. This means that your personal data will be processed. This is because your data is recorded with image and sound which makes you recognizable.
The recorded video and audio material will not be used for any purpose other than live streaming on the website, serving as a record of the public meeting (video minutes) and archiving as required by law. We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for these purposes or permitted by law.
