You can register for this by calling 072 582 8282 or sending an email tobestuurssecretariaat@hhnk.nl, stating your name, your telephone number, and the subject/agenda item you wish to speak about. When you speak, images and sound recordings will be made of you. This means that your personal data will be processed. Your data will be recorded with images and sound, making you recognizable.
The recorded image and sound material will not be used for any purposes other than live streaming on the website, serving as a record of the public meeting (videotulen), and legally required archiving. We will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for these purposes or as permitted by law.
If you do not wish to be recognizable in images, you can indicate this at any time by sending us a written message to HHNK, Postbus , 1700 AG Heerhugowaard.
