Are you extracting groundwater from the soil, such as for well drilling? Then submit the form Annual Statement Groundwater Withdrawal. All groundwater abstractors (construction companies, industry, farmers, sports clubs, individuals) have received the form. 

Here's how it works

No later than January 31 of each year or within one month after the abstraction is terminated, you will report the measured quantities to us. Did you not extract any groundwater? Please fill in 0^m3 on the form.

Are you infiltrating water? If so, you are also required to measure and record the quality of the water. You should also report this.
