Court of Auditors (from 2024)
On September 20, 2023, the general board decided to establish an independent audit committee with three members and a chairperson. The audit committee commenced its activities on March 1, 2024, and consists of:
- H.C.P. (Leny) van Duivenvoorde, chairperson
- J.M. (Jan) Bots, member
- M.D. (Maarten) Bok, member
- A.C. (Arja) Kapitein, member
The members are appointed for a period of six years.
The Court of Audit intends to conduct one or two investigations per year.
The Court of Audit has established an investigation protocol that sets out how investigation topics are identified and what the process is for conducting investigations. The Court of Audit has also established rules governing the manner in which it meets, known as the Rules of Procedure.

Audit Committee (2009-2023)
From 2009 to 2023, HHNK had an audit committee consisting of five members of the general board and an external chair. The committee had an independent position within HHNK and determined for itself which topics it would investigate and how the investigation would be organized.
