Renovation of Broekpolder sewage pumping station
What's going to happen?
The Broekpolder sewage pumping station on Stan Kentonlaan (opposite house number 53) in Beverwijk is outdated. Landustrie Sneek BV is therefore renovating it on behalf of the Hollands Noorderkwartier Water Board. The sewage pumping station pumps your wastewater to the sewage treatment plant.

Inside the pumping station, the existing pumps, piping, and part of the electrical installation will be replaced. The work will be carried out in phases, eliminating the need for temporary pumping installations.
The work will be carried out on working days between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The work site will be cordoned off with construction fences and a site hut will be erected. During the work, you may experience some inconvenience due to additional traffic and/or construction noise. We kindly request that you do not park your cars near the sewage pumping station during the work.
When will the project take place and how long will it last?
The work is currently scheduled to take place between January 13 and March 7, 2025.
