Refund of automatically collected installments

Here's how it works

If your situation changes, such as in the event of a divorce or if your WOZ value is reduced, you may be able to get money back after installment payments are automatically collected.

We refund installments collected more than 56 days ago immediately. You will receive the remaining installments after a period of 56 days has passed from the collection date.

If you do not want to wait for this, you can have these installments reversed with your bank up to 56 days after the collection date.

You have the right to request a refund of automatically collected installments. The legal reversal period is 56 days.

Because you reverse the payment yourself, the direct debit payment arrangement will be revoked. You will receive a letter about this.
