Refund of automatically collected instalments

How it works

If your situation changes, for example in the event of a divorce or if your WOZ value has decreased, you may receive a refund after instalment payments have been automatically debited.

We will immediately refund instalments that were collected more than 56 days ago. You will receive the remaining instalments after a period of 56 days from the collection date has passed.

If you do not wish to wait for this, you can have these instalments reversed by your bank up to 56 days after the collection date.

You have the right to reclaim automatically debited instalments. The legal reversal period is 56 days.

Because you are canceling the payment yourself, the payment arrangement via direct debit will be withdrawn. You will receive a letter about this.
