Foreword

At the beginning of this year, we started the new engineering services framework contract for Improving Boezemkades (VBK-3) and Wateropgave (WO-2.0). On Feb. 4 was the official signing of the contract between all parties. 

Coincidentally, three parties (Arcadis, Iv and RPS) from the previous framework contract are now also back in the new agreement. In addition, we welcome three new parties (Tauw, Bureau Schmidt and Movares).

We are now a good six months into the framework contract and several contracts are being carried out under this new framework contract. We are getting pretty proficient at working with the product table, in which the products to be delivered have been formulated as a kind of menu. We are also finding our way in standardizing the products, so that we all use the same working method, which is more efficient. To this end, a theme afternoon on environmental management and technology was held on April 8. A session on specification writing will also be organized soon.

A lot happens in the programs and then you realize how many people work on the assignments, both at the window companies and at HHNK. I easily get around 80 subject specialists who work on the programs for a few hours or full days a month. So it's not a bad thing to share some information in a newsletter from time to time.

We will publish a newsletter every six months and try to include important, fun and interesting things about the work in the programs. Everyone's input is welcome, so here's an immediate call:
