Wilbert and Alen: Clean Green Kayak Machine

"Like all great things, we started small. We are two friends with ideas, and we got started. That has led to something wonderful! We are now gathering more and more volunteers and companies around us who are working with us to create a cleaner future."

Our motivation

There is too much plastic floating around in our waterways. Not only is it unsightly, it is also harmful to fish, birds, and ultimately, the entire food chain. "We remove this plastic from the ditches and ensure that it is disposed of properly. In doing so, we contribute to clean water. A better environment starts with you."

Prevention and hands-on approach

Together with individuals and company employees, we take to the water in our kayaks to see how much plastic and other waste is floating around. Together, we remove hundreds of kilograms of waste from the ditches and, along the way, inform participants about what they can do to contribute to a cleaner future. In the future, we would like to focus even more on prevention by actively involving schools in our expeditions. Through guest lectures and experiential participation, we will inspire the next generation!"
