Message box for businesses

The Message Box for businesses allows entrepreneurs to exchange digital messages with Dutch government organizations, including HHNK. The Message Box works in much the same way as email, but is more reliable thanks to its secure connection. And you can be sure that your messages will arrive at the right address.

If you have a company in the Netherlands, you must first create a Message Box using an eHerkenning means of identification. For companies abroad, you must create a user account for 'Antwoord voor bedrijven' (Response for companies). You then add your Message Box (address) when you enrolment the Trade Register.

From that moment on, you will be available to the government and you will be able to exchange messages with the government. You will receive messages that would otherwise be sent by post.
