Unflushables

Don't flush the Unflushables!
We are working together to achieve this, but it will not happen automatically. Products such as sanitary pads, wet wipes, condoms, and cooking oil too often end up in the sewer system, where they cause significant damage.
That is why we are launching the Unflushables: giant, eye-catching inflatable versions of waste that does not belong in the sewer. With these cheerful eye-catchers, we make visible what is being flushed away unjustifiably.
Take care of water, and water will take care of you

Sanitary pads and tampons
Do you just throw your sanitary pads or tampons into the toilet? Please don't. That's what the trash can is for.
Oil and grease
After a number of delicious brown fruit bowls, that frying fat needs to be replaced again. Don't flush this Unflushable, but take it away:
- Of course, let the frying fat cool down first.
- Pour it into the old container or another empty bottle.
- Take the bottle to a collection point in your neighbourhood.

Condoms
Seriously, flushing your condom? That's a big no. Just throw it in the trash.
Wet wipes
“But the packaging says you can flush them down the toilet."
Wet wipes are soluble, but this process takes too long. These wipes travel so quickly from your toilet to the sewage treatment plant that they arrive intact. And thus cause blockages.
