Subpoena
Here's how it works
If you do not pay (in full) within fourteen days of the reminder, you will receive a writ of execution shortly thereafter. The cost of a subpoena is a minimum of €45 and (for a business assessment) can rise to a maximum of €13,449.
With the enforcement order, you will be ordered to pay your tax debt within two days. If you are unable to pay this amount immediately, apply for a direct debit payment plan within one week after the enforcement order is served.
Pay directly or set up a direct debit
