When visiting the VisKringloop, I was especially inspired by the many flowers that gave the area a more colorful look. Because of this, I decided to paint a field of many different flowers, just as it was in Wieringermeer. In such a large area with tall grass and lots of water, flowers are often overlooked while they are so beautiful when you look at them from up close and brighten up the grass a bit.
