Renovation inlet Waardweg

What will happen? 

The Waardweg inlet is an important inlet for the Wieringermeer catchment area. To continue to provide the area with sufficient and high quality water in the future, we are replacing the inlet, increasing its inflow capacity and renewing the sheet piling. 

Where does the project take place?

The work will take place near Waardweg 20 in Slootdorp.

When will the project take place and how long will it take?

Work will begin Sept. 1, 2025, and last until March 1, 2026. During the work, there will be a speed limit near the inlet.

We cooperate with GMB Services B.V. and VOPO pumps B.V.
