Renovation of the Wieringerrandweg inlet

What's going to happen?

The inlet on Wieringerrandweg is an important inlet for the Wieringermeer water level area. In order to continue to provide the area with sufficient, high-quality water in the future, we are replacing the inlet and increasing the inflow capacity. 

Where is the project taking place? 

The work will take place at Wieringerrandweg 7-10, in Slootdorp.

When will the project take place and how long will it last?

The work will start on Monday, January 6, and continue until the end of March 2025. During the work, there will be a speed limit near the inlet.

We do this together with GMB Services B.V. and VOPO pompen B.V.
