Water Hero Adventure

Virtual reality in the classroom

We have a first in the VR field: the Water Hero Adventure. An interactive guest lesson at school. In this lesson for grades 6, 7 and 8, students compete to become the best water hero. They work in teams with an exciting game box with buttons, lights and virtual reality glasses. The video will give you an impression.

The collaboration between the Water Board's guest teacher and water manager Bas (in the virtual lesson) makes for a unique and exciting interactive lesson that combines knowledge, games and virtual reality.

Extreme weather

The children learn about water management and extreme weather through an interactive quiz. This is something we are increasingly facing with climate change. Heat, drought and flooding at home or at school can happen to anyone. Fortunately, you can prepare for it or prevent it yourself. This is also covered in the lesson.

The Water Hero Adventure can be booked free of charge for schools in our management area using this form.
