Waterwise

In the innovative water awareness program Waterwijs, young people learn about the consequences of flooding and water scarcity and the interests involved. They do this by putting themselves in the shoes of a homeowner, a nature manager and a farmer. By doing assignments at various places in the Zuiderzee Museum, the pupils are encouraged to think actively and to enter into dialogue with each other. They are also given tips on how to deal with water better themselves.
