Purchasing conditions for supplies, services, and ICT

HHNK applies uniform general water board purchasing conditions to deliveries, services, and ICT, unless a specific case does not allow this. HHNK always declares that the most recent versions of the following documents apply to tenders:

• General Water Authority Procurement Conditions for Deliveries (AWIV);
• General Water Authority Procurement Conditions for Services (AWVODI);
• General Water Authority Procurement Conditions for ICT (AWBIT)

HHNK expressly rejects any terms and conditions of contractors and suppliers, such as general terms and conditions, delivery terms and conditions, sales terms and conditions, license terms and conditions, or industry terms and conditions. 

General terms and conditions for the performance of work

For the execution of works based on theRAW system or a work description, we apply theUniform Administrative Conditions 2012 (version 2025), whereby project-specific exceptions to these conditions may be included in the specifications or work description.

For the execution of works based on integrated contract forms (such as Engineering & Construct or Design & Construct), we apply theUAV-GC 2025.

Construction teams

At HHNK, the construction team is regularly used as a form of collaboration. As the client, we look for a construction team partner to work with instead of requesting a fixed offer (design, construction sum) to which a contractor is bound. We use a construction team agreement based on the Model Construction Team Agreement DG 2025. If the construction team has been successful, a contract for work can be entered into under the applicability of the UAV-2012 (version 2025) or the UAV-GC 2025. The construction team agreement is governed by the AWVODI and not by the DNR.
