For school, we have to make a painting that reflects the beauty of the North Holland riverbanks. We went on a field trip to see some land art, and I took a photo of water there, which I would like to paint. I found it a bit boring, and I had found lots of pictures of flowers in my image archive. So I decided that I would prefer to combine a riverbank with beautiful plants and flowers, because I like that myself and it has a cheerful feel to it.
