Water Board Regulation

The Water Board Ordinance contains the rules we use to protect our waterways, levees and roads. Different zones are defined around these ditches, dikes and roads, and different rules apply to each zone. 

Leggers 

The leggers are digital Maps showing the different zones. The further from the watercourse or dam the work takes place, the more is possible. So consult the legger before starting your work.

Maintenance Ordinance 

Provisions on maintenance obligations in our management area can be found in the Maintenance Ordinance. 

  • Water Board Regulation

    The Water Board Ordinance contains the rules we use to protect our waterways, water defenses and roads.

  • Legger Waters

    This legger indicates the dimensions at which a ditch must be maintained and by whom.

  • Legger Waters

    This legger indicates the dimensions at which a water barrier must be maintained and by whom.

    This ordinance contains the provisions on maintenance obligations applicable in our management area.
