Water Board Regulation

The Water Authority Regulations contain the rules we apply to protect our waterways, flood defenses, and roads. Various zones have been defined around these ditches, dikes, and roads, and different rules apply to each zone.

The registers are digital maps showing the different zones. The further away from the waterway or flood defense the work takes place, the more is possible. So consult the register before you start your work.

Maintenance Regulation 

Provisions regarding maintenance obligations in our management area can be found in the Maintenance Ordinance.
