Rain, wind, storms; autumn is a beautiful season. But it can also lead to flooding or, in the worst case, even flooding. That's why we strengthen, maintain and inspect our dikes and dunes. And with our annual inspection we make sure that excess water can drain away as well as possible. You can also do something yourself. What do we all do?  

Even in this season, with frequent rain and storms, we work hard to reduce flooding and flooding. We strengthen, maintain and inspect our dikes and dunes. With our annual inspection we ensure that the ditches are clean and that the water flows and is drained properly. We construct water storage facilities to collect excess rainwater. We also give residents tips on what they can do themselves to prevent flooding.
